Develter Innovation lance une nouvelle version de son logiciel de simulation. Interface modernisée, décors actualisés et surtout six fonctionnalités inédites.Develter Innovation is launching a new version of its simulation software. It features a revamped interface, updated scenes and, above all, six brand-new features.

Analysing gaze, eye movements and attention in real time

The new software allows users to make full use of the data provided by the Tobii eye-tracking system, which is integrated into all Develter simulators.

The new replay mode allows you to see exactly what the driver was looking at at any given moment. To take the analysis a step further, a colour-coding system also identifies objects that were either seen or ignored during the test: red for items not observed, green for those detected, and dark green for the object being looked at at that precise moment.

Deviations from the intended path, as well as acceleration, deceleration and braking zones, can also be easily viewed using this new replay mode. This enables a detailed analysis of the driver’s behaviour.

Thanks to the addition of a distraction module, it is now possible to measure the loss of attention caused by using a radio, a mobile phone or an accessory. Detailed reports enable the impact of these distractions on driving to be precisely quantified.

Create bespoke tests and analyse behaviour

The software now allows users to create customised tests. Using a dedicated tool, professionals can configure the analysis parameters relevant to their use of the simulator and generate a comprehensive, printable report.

Courses, scenarios, assessment criteria: everything can be customised to best meet all users’ needs.

Engage through gamification

Another new feature is the introduction of an eco-driving challenge. The software now displays the top 10 best performances achieved on the simulator or over the course of a day. Ideal for training sessions, safety days or events, this ranking turns learning into a constructive competition and clearly demonstrates the potential savings that can be made through anticipatory driving.
