La société Develter Innovation est titulaire des droits d’auteur et de la propriété intellectuelle des outils et logiciels présentés sur le présent site.
En conséquence, toute utilisation des produits ne peut être faite que moyennant l’autorisation écrite de la société Develter Innovation dont celle-ci reste seule juge.
Selon les règles de droits communs, la société Develter Innovation pourra également mettre en jeu la responsabilité contractuelle de ses visiteurs ou engager toute action en concurrence déloyale ou parasitaire contre les auteurs de manquements aux dispositions considérées.
